Why Use Kinetic Loop??

Our coaching style is different from the rest because we use a scientific approach. We train athletes by utilizing the three energy systems (Aerobic, Glycolytic, ATP-PCr). These different energy systems are important in helping your body become more efficient engine. Aerobic for base building, Glycolytic to help you maintain those hard efforts, and ATP-PCr system for those explosive bursts. Since we all are created different our bodies respond different to the training load or stimulus, which is why we do not believe in or use a cookie cutter approach. All of our coaching programs are customize to fit your goals, skill level, and needs.

Michael Lovegren founder of Kinetic Loop Training System has studied Exercise Science since 1998 and received his Bachelors in Exercise Science and Master degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics. Not only does he have a degree, but certifications by the USOC, NASM, and other various organizations to stay abreast with the latest research and to be continually educated. He graduated from the Chris Carmichael Coaching College, which allowed him to take his coaching to the next level.

Mike's athletic background includes soccer, martial artist, triathlons, BMX, Moto Cross, and most recently as a professional road cyclist. Why do I need an Optimal bike Fit?

An improper bike fit causes a decrease in power and postural distortion patterns.  Postural distortion patterns in the body are muscle imbalances where a stabilizing muscle becomes dominant and the prime mover muscle becomes weak thereby causing a decrease in force (WATTS), endurance, and flexibility.  We assess your postural distortion patterns through our very own Human Movement System.

We know through research that your body from improper bike fit, poor mechanics, and previous injuries leads to discomfort and less power. We create your optimal fit on your bike, which is limited to your flexibility. Then we analyze your movement and prescribe you a program to improve your flexibility and eliminate these imbalances and enhance your athletic performance.
