Meet Your Nutritionist!

Cindy Dallow, PhD, RD

 

Cindy has over 20 years experience in the field of nutrition and exercise. She has helped people of all sizes and shapes achieve their health and fitness goals. She has worked as a clinical dietitian, a graduate teaching assistant, and a community educator. Her love for endurance sports combined with her desire to help others enjoy the benefits of active living, gives her a unique perspective on health and nutrition.

Currently, Cindy is an Adjunct Lecturer on sports nutrition at the University of Northern Colorado and is the head nutritionist for Kinetic Loop Training System, an online training program for male and  female endurance athletes.

Practicing What We Preach


Cindy has been running for over 20 years, completing hundreds of 5k and 10k road races, numerous half-marathons, and twelve marathons. She enjoys cycling and has completed dozens of organized rides, including the Triple Bypass and Pedal the Peaks. She also enjoys triathlons and mountain climbing and hopes to climb all 54 “fourteeners” in Colorado by the time her kids are in college
