Gold Loop

The Gold Loop provides a more hands on approach with coaching and nutritional meal planning by Dr Cindy Dallow. This program is for the fast paced individual that not only takes his/her training serious, but nutritional health.

Benefits of the Gold Loop:

  • Nutritional analysis and meal planning for optimal performance
  • Twice weekly analysis of power/heart rate files
  • Local athletes meet up to 4 times a month with a coach (1.5 hour meeting)
  •  Hand built training program
  • Unlimited communication with coach
  • Nutritional prescription given to athlete to aid in hydration and maintenance

 

How does this Gold program work:

We build your coaching program from scratch each week based on your goals and fitness assessment. We provide twice weekly updates for those who travel a lot or have a busy schedule. You also receive nutritional meal planning by our very own Dr Cindy Dallow. Our coaches review power/heart rate files twice a week. To maintain optimal fueling we will provide the athlete with nutritional prescription outlining daily macronutrient intake, pre race strategies, post race recovery, and how to optimize hydration.  

$500.00 per month with one time start up fee of $99.00
