Bronze Loop

Bronze Loop not only inspires the athlete in everyone, but educates the athlete on how to obtain success. Our coaches help keep you motivated toward your fitness goals. The Bronze Loop provides the time and expertise to meet your needs.

Benefits of the Bronze Loop:

  • Hand-built training schedule 
  • Customized monthly
  • Your key workouts outlined and explained in detail
  • Start-up phone call with review of your initial packet and goal setting assistance
  • Two monthly phone calls, 30 minutes each (athlete initiated)
  • Local athletes will meet with coach twice a month (1 hour each meeting)
  • Complete off-season training plan included with indoor trainer workouts, cross training exercises
  • Fitness testing to determine Heart rate/Power training zones
  • Weekly monitoring of key heart rate/power files and workouts

 

How does this program work

Our coaches build your training plans from scratch each month, using the information from your goals, field test, and interaction to build the best training plan. On a weekly basis your coach will analyze your heart rate/power files to keep you on track. Regular communication through email and phone is recommended so we can better monitor your performance and provide feedback.

$200.00 per month with one time start up fee of $99.00
