Jim Lehman, myself, Dean Golich, and Craig Griffin

These three great coaches have coached more gold medal athletes than any other coach. They have also been my mentor while I was at CS coaching college.  These three coaches Jim, Dean, and Craig have inspired me to always do my best as a coach. They are a great networking resource of which I am proud to be connected.

The National Academy of Sport Medicine gives professionals the ability to learn cutting-edge techniques in performance assessment and sport-specific program design. The PES and CES offers scientifically-valid research on training that is evidence-based applications. I have been affiliated with NASM since 1997. I have been able to develop cutting edge techniques to help my athletes prevent and treat athletic injuries that they have sustained from their sports demand. I am also a content education developer for the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
