Basic Loop

Basic Loop is for the athlete that needs a blue print for training but,  requires a limited time with the coach. This plan will provide instructions based on your goals.

Benefits of the Basic Loop:

  • Hand-built training schedule 
  • Your key workouts outlined and explained in detail
  • Start-up phone call with review of your initial packet and goal setting assistance
  • One monthly phone call, 30 minutes (athlete initiated)
  • Local athletes meet with coach once a month (1hour meeting)
  • Fitness testing to determine Heart rate/Power training zones
  • Bi-weekly monitoring of key heart rate/power files and workouts

 

How does this program work

Our coaches build your training plans from scratch each month, using the information from your goals, field test, and interaction to build the best training plan. On a bi-weekly basis your coach will analyze your heart rate/power files to keep you on track. Regular communication through email and phone is recommended so we can better monitor your performance and provide feedback.

$100.00 per month with one time start up fee of $99.00
